Sweet! New! Exciting! Apartment!

TA-DA! So impressive and cool!

Sliding Japanese style doors!

Gorgeous hardwood floors!

Sauna! Yes! Sauna!

Grotto with fishy pool for fish! Shitloads of plants! Sublime view of the majestic mountains!

OMG! This is my apartment.
I cleaned the pool-thing yesterday, and the tiles, despite how they may appear in this picture,(ie. rotten brown) are actually blue. So cool.

(I have been having a long and protracted conflict with my computer over how obedient it has been lately with regards to uploading photos properly to this website. Therefore, I am going to go drink a beer now, as opposed to putting my fist through the screen.)

[I just now read what I wrote two paragraphs earlier. I have no recollection of actually typing the words "so cool". I'm not sure how they got on the screen.]

SO, I will put up more pictures of my shiny new base, then I have pictures from the staff trip to paintballing and the beach, as well as our trip to Bali. Then maybe I'll get more South Africa pictures up. I need a temp, I think. Does anybody want a job as my temp? I will call you Shuttlecock, and you will call me Your Reverence. Okay?

I am teh suxx0r.

I have been to busy to breathe. I was teaching grade three and one and doing my Rainbow Time stuff at the same time. I don't care what everybody says: having 62.5 hours of work to do each week is fucking bullshit.

Ah, that felt good.

Okay, so I moved. Look at the new apartment that Katie and I will be referring to as Echo Base. (I have been secertly calling it the Fortress of Solitude, but I feel we need a new name to represent that I will not be solo.) I am also willing to refer to it as Apokolips, Honeycomb Hideout, or Four Freedoms Plaza.

Ahem.

Anyway, on to the pictures!

This is what it looked like when I just finished moving:

So messy apartment.
Well, then I worked like a mad bastard and made it cool. You see the next post. Posted by Picasa

I have moved.

Katie and I have gotten a grand new apartment right close to school.
I spent half the weekend driving back and forth between the old and new apartments.
I spent the other half tromping up and down the five flights of stairs leading up to the new apartment. Yay. No elevator.
Yay.
Well, I suppose I'll go die now.
I'll put up pictures when I have the energy to press the shutter button on my camera. It may take a few days.
